Is Remote Viewing The Same Thing as Astral Travel?

In Reality, They Are Related But Also Very Different Processes

I often get asked the question whether remote viewing, astral travel and teleportation are the same processes. Actually, I think there are some similarities but in many ways they are quite different experiences.

In viewing, the viewer simply tunes into the frequency or vibration of the person, place, or event they are attempting to describe. No one knows exactly how this happens, but the human body and mind seem to have this ability to describe distant locations and objects without recourse to conventional perceptual systems.

Sometimes when viewing, a person can feel like they are "bi-located:" like being at the target site and their local location at the same time. But this doesn't mean they are actually physically or even astrally present at the target site. It's more that their conscious minds have done a good job at reconstructing the distant site by assemblying the person's subtle impressions about it.

Astral travel is a more extreme version of this phenomenon, whereby some aspect of the person's spirit travels to the distant location. In teleportation, they are physically transported to the place (you know, like in Star Trek).

But resonant and remote viewing are different from this. Viewing is more like tuning in a radio than actually going to the station where the broadcast is emitting from. You are simply receiving the signal, wherever you are though you can feel like you are at the distant site.

But you aren't really at the distant site. It just feels like that. You're still here, in your chair or whereever. It's like a watching a movie.

So while astral travel and remote viewing can feel like the same type of experience, they are caused by different processes.
